This was published in 1935.
Do yourself a favor... don't skim over any of this gem. There is information, notes, instructions on almost every page. So, just because you see some written music... open it anyway - there is probably some more info as well. You can click on each image / page to enlarge / enhance it for easier reading and better enjoyment! Don't be shy...
