Historical Drum Corps Publications
A permanent home to share my family collection of Drum Corps publications. My Mom started this collection in the 40s. This is my labor of love. I hope you all enjoy these articles / scores / pictures... as much as we have over the decades. History must be preserved. This is my lil corner / contribution to the drum corps community (online). A place for all of us to live, relive, learn, love and share in our passionate hobby. Please feel free to add comments, share your experiences, stories, etc.

WOW I ran Tewksbury Orbiteers in Google- just having a flashback- and voila! I'm in that picture somewhere but I can't spot where!

Oh come on. Even "I" can spot you. You are in the 3rd row up. LOL
I marched in the Orbiteer’s in ’68 &’69 I think it was. Family moved to California and we joined the Blue Devils in ’72, just as they we becoming and “A” corps. I left the corps after the ’77 season but I still consider the Orbiteer’s my Drum Corps.

My parents, along with the Powers (Karl & Bubbles), and other parents founded the Orbiteers. I marched in the "Little Corps" and then the Big Corps before it folded. My brother Mike was a Drum Major, my sister Donna was Color Guard Captain and my sister Patti started out as an Orbiteer (mascot)before moving up. We sponsored some of the Troopers when they came for DCI (in their heyday for sure). Great memories!! MJ Cormier-Britton
Oh! If anonymous (KL) writes again please tell me your name and I can ask Mom for help in identifying you!
