Historical Drum Corps Publications
A permanent home to share my family collection of Drum Corps publications. My Mom started this collection in the 40s. This is my labor of love. I hope you all enjoy these articles / scores / pictures... as much as we have over the decades. History must be preserved. This is my lil corner / contribution to the drum corps community (online). A place for all of us to live, relive, learn, love and share in our passionate hobby. Please feel free to add comments, share your experiences, stories, etc.

Well this takes me back a long time. I was in a car club in Hawthorne at the same time the Muchachos were really sparkling. One of the young members of the auto club was also a drummer in the corps. He was a tall young skinny guy. Bob Clegg, I think. I can still hear the practices going on. Even us gear heads would often go to the competitions.
I've been gone from N, Jersey since 1971, but those days in the early sixtys are still very bright, thanks in part to the Muchachos and Robert Clegg..
Yeah, I marched with Bob Clegg. We both played snare. I remember him joining the club, getting his club jacket, and how proud of it he was and of his Corvette as well. I'm still in touch with Bob through FB.
